We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for technical positions within our retail organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent in the retail industry
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical hiring needs and develop job descriptions
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage with qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- [X] years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in the retail industry
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting technical talent, including software developers, IT professionals, and engineers
- Strong understanding of technical skills and qualifications required for various roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
