Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top technical talent in the education industry. The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles within the education sector
- Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and industry events
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment within the education industry
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of technical skills and qualifications required for various roles in education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
