We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Underwriter to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a Senior Underwriter in our Retail division, you will be responsible for evaluating and assessing risks associated with retail insurance applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze retail insurance applications to determine the level of risk involved
- Evaluate applicant's financial status, credit history, and other relevant information
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for underwriting decisions
- Make recommendations for policy terms, coverage limits, and premiums based on risk assessment
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Provide guidance and support to junior underwriters as needed
- Stay informed about market trends and industry developments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- [X] years of experience in underwriting, with a focus on retail insurance
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure
- Knowledge of insurance laws and regulations in the UAE
