We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Researcher to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for consumer goods and a deep understanding of user experience research methodologies.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute user experience research projects from start to finish, including planning, conducting research, analyzing data, and presenting findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and identify opportunities for improving the user experience of our products
- Conduct usability testing, interviews, surveys, and other research methods to gather qualitative and quantitative data
- Interpret research findings and translate them into actionable recommendations for product design and development
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UX research and incorporate them into our research processes
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior researchers and team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
- [X] years of experience in UX research, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Proficiency in research methodologies such as usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
