We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Researcher to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. As a Senior UX Researcher in the retail sector, you will play a crucial role in understanding our customers' needs, preferences, and behaviors to inform and optimize the user experience of our digital products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and conduct user research studies to gather insights on customer behavior, attitudes, and motivations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and product managers to integrate user research findings into the product development process.
- Identify and prioritize research opportunities based on business goals and user needs.
- Develop research plans, conduct usability testing, interviews, surveys, and other methods to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
- Analyze research data and communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Advocate for the user by providing evidence-based recommendations to improve the user experience of our digital products.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UX research.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
