Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Vice President (SVP) to join our team in Ajman within the Consumer Goods industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading and growing consumer goods businesses.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
- Oversee all aspects of the consumer goods division, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance
- Lead and mentor a team of managers and executives to achieve company goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute company-wide initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the consumer goods industry
- Proven track record of successfully growing and managing consumer goods businesses
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
