We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Vice President of Marketing to join our dynamic construction company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within the construction industry, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase market share in the construction industry.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing campaigns, events, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvement as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of market research, branding, and digital marketing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
