We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Vice President of Sales to join our retail team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing high-performing sales teams, and implementing successful sales strategies in the retail industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and drive growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to foster long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and achieve overall business objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred
