We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President of Sales to lead our Aerospace and Defense sales team based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the Aerospace and Defense industry, as well as a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market share in the Aerospace and Defense sector.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team success.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners to drive business development opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to travel as needed.
