We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Visual Designer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Senior Visual Designer in the manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that communicate our brand message and engage our target audience.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives
- Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for product packaging, marketing materials, digital assets, and other channels
- Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor designs to stay ahead of the curve
- Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement
- Manage and mentor junior designers to ensure high-quality output and professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Visual Designer in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and other design tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of manufacturing industry trends and best practices is a plus
