Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Voice Engineer to join our team in Dubai within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex voice communication systems to support mission-critical operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and optimize voice communication systems, including PBX, VoIP, and SIP technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate voice systems with existing network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex voice communication issues in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain documentation for voice system configurations and processes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to recommend and implement improvements
- Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and end-users
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- [Number] years of experience in designing and managing voice communication systems
- Proficiency in VoIP protocols and technologies, such as SIP, H.323, and RTP
- Hands-on experience with voice gateways, routers, switches, and firewalls
