We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Voice Engineer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing voice communication systems within the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain voice communication systems, including VoIP, PBX, and SIP technologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex voice communication issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of voice systems with other IT infrastructure
- Develop and maintain documentation for voice systems and processes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in voice communication technology
- Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and end-users

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- [X] years of experience in voice engineering, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols and technologies
- Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Avaya Aura, or similar platforms
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Cisco or Avaya certifications are a plus
