We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workforce Analyst to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce planning and analysis within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze workforce data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement in workforce efficiency and productivity
- Develop and maintain workforce forecasting models to anticipate future staffing needs
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop recruitment and retention strategies
- Monitor and report on key workforce metrics, such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee engagement
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on workforce data analysis
- Lead workforce planning meetings and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and trends in workforce planning and analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- [X] years of experience in workforce planning and analysis, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in workforce management software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proven track record of delivering results and driving continuous improvement
