We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workforce Manager to join our team in Sharjah within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce planning, management, and optimization, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement workforce strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels and resource allocation
- Analyze workforce data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align workforce plans with business goals and objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of workforce planning professionals to drive performance and achieve targets
- Monitor and track key performance indicators related to workforce management and make recommendations for improvement
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to support workforce planning efforts
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in workforce management to continuously improve processes and strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- [X] years of experience in workforce planning and management in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing teams
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
