We are seeking a talented and experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Dubai within the Energy sector. The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team members
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT systems and applications
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- [X] years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office 365
- Experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ITIL certification is a plus
