We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Dubai, UAE, within the pharmaceutical industry. The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end users within the organization. This role will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT teams for resolution
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications
- Provide training and guidance to end users on IT systems and best practices
- Ensure all support tickets are documented and updated in the ticketing system
- Monitor system performance and conduct routine maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with other IT teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Solid understanding of IT systems, networks, and software applications
