We are seeking a talented and creative Set Designer to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The Set Designer will be responsible for creating visually stunning and functional set designs for our various real estate projects, including residential, commercial, and hospitality properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the project team to understand the vision and requirements for each project
- Create detailed set designs that meet the project's objectives, budget, and timeline
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings to enhance the overall design concept
- Work closely with architects, interior designers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of the set design
- Provide guidance and support to the construction team during the implementation phase
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in set design and incorporate them into our projects
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- [X] years of experience in set design, preferably in the real estate industry
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity
