We are seeking a qualified Shipping Supervisor to join our real estate team in Dubai. The Shipping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of shipping and logistics operations for our properties, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and materials.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of materials and goods to our properties
- Supervise a team of shipping and logistics personnel, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement shipping schedules and strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and requirements
- Investigate and resolve any shipping-related issues or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation
- Implement safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all shipping personnel

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- [Random number] years of experience in shipping and logistics, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of shipping operations, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and shipping software
- Valid UAE driver's license
