Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai, specializing in the Transportation and Logistics sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies. This role requires a proactive individual who can enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and promote our services effectively across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation and Management:
- Develop and curate engaging content for our social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Create visually appealing graphics and videos that align with our brand’s messaging and values.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posts across platforms.

- Social Media Strategy:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that supports overall business goals.
- Analyze trends in social media and adjust strategies accordingly to enhance reach and engagement.
- Identify and engage with relevant industry influencers and partners to expand our network and brand visibility.

- Community Engagement:
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, ensuring timely responses and fostering a positive online community.
- Engage with followers by organizing contests, polls, and campaigns to increase audience interaction and brand loyalty.

- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar platforms to gather insights and inform future initiatives.

- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the sales, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure alignment in messaging and to promote new services or initiatives.
- Assist in organizing and promoting company events, webinars, and conferences through social media channels.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the Transportation and Logistics industry.
- Proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics software.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing principles, and trends related to social media.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- Understanding of customer service principles and experience in a customer-facing role.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage, particularly in Arabic and English.
