We are looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture and a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement within the agricultural industry
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to create social media campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools, and implement best practices to optimize performance
- Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
- Respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and engagement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
