Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing sector based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software development, with a focus on creating innovative solutions that enhance manufacturing processes and improve overall operational efficiency. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that support our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software applications that address specific manufacturing needs.
- Design and implement software solutions using best practices in coding, architecture, and design patterns.
- Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring optimal performance and scalability of applications.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software applications to ensure reliability and functionality.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime in manufacturing processes.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve and innovate software solutions.
- Document software designs, procedures, and user manuals to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.
- Assist in training end-users on new software applications and provide ongoing support as needed.
- Contribute to project planning, including estimating timelines and resources required for software development efforts.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor�s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in software development, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle) and data modeling techniques.
- Understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems (e.g., ERP, MES) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of IoT applications in manufacturing and industrial automation.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
