We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Artificial Intelligence Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As a Senior AI Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge AI solutions to drive innovation and digital transformation within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of AI algorithms, models, and applications to solve complex business problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions
- Conduct research on the latest AI technologies and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency
- Implement machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques to analyze large datasets
- Work closely with data scientists, software developers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior AI specialists

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and AI tools
- Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
