We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Artificial Intelligence Specialist to join our team in Dubai, focusing on the application of AI in the field of agriculture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analysis, with a passion for applying these technologies to improve agricultural practices.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AI algorithms and models to optimize agricultural processes, such as crop monitoring, pest detection, yield prediction, and irrigation management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources, including sensors, drones, satellite imagery, and weather forecasts.
- Design and deploy AI solutions that can automate tasks, identify patterns, and make data-driven recommendations for farmers and agricultural stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI technology and research, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the agriculture sector.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members, and contribute to the overall strategy and direction of AI projects within the organization.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
