We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Artificial Intelligence Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with a focus on transportation and logistics.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement artificial intelligence solutions to optimize transportation and logistics operations
- Design and deploy AI algorithms for route optimization, predictive maintenance, demand forecasting, and other related tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights to improve operational efficiency
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in AI technology to continually enhance and innovate our solutions
- Lead and mentor junior members of the AI team, providing guidance and expertise on best practices and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- [X] years of experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with a focus on transportation and logistics
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus
