Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in the telecommunications sector. Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement software solutions for telecommunications applications and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to industry best practices and standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software development and telecommunications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
- Document software designs, processes, and methodologies for future reference.
- Work closely with network engineers and system architects to integrate software with hardware components.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and tools within the team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in software development, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or similar.
- Experience with telecommunications protocols and technologies (e.g., VoIP, LTE, 5G).
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and data modeling.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and version control systems (Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Understanding of network security principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes).
