We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Aerospace and Defense sector. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with special needs and a strong desire to make a positive impact in their lives.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Special Education Teacher in implementing individualized education plans for students with special needs
- Support students in the classroom, helping them with academic tasks and social interactions
- Collaborate with the teaching team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the Special Education Teacher
- Assist with behavior management and crisis intervention when necessary
- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders about student progress and goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
- Experience working with students with special needs in a classroom setting
- Knowledge of best practices in special education and behavior management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an Aerospace and Defense setting
- Teaching certification or licensure
- Experience with assistive technology and adaptive learning tools
