We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher Assistant with a focus on Agriculture to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will work closely with the Special Education Teacher to support students with disabilities in an agriculture-based educational setting.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Special Education Teacher in implementing individualized education plans for students with disabilities in an agriculture-focused curriculum
- Provide one-on-one support to students with disabilities in the classroom, on field trips, and during hands-on agricultural activities
- Help create and maintain a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Collaborate with the Special Education Teacher and school staff to assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Assist with behavioral management and crisis intervention as necessary
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and achievements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Agriculture Education, or a related field
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities in an educational setting (minimum 2 years)
- Knowledge of agricultural practices and a passion for working with plants and animals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
