We are currently seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Special Education Teacher Assistant, you will work closely with the Special Education Teacher to provide support and assistance to students with disabilities or special needs in a classroom setting.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Special Education Teacher in implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Provide one-on-one support to students with disabilities, helping them with academic tasks and social skills development
- Help create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Assist in managing and organizing classroom materials and resources
- Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure the success of students with special needs
- Monitor and track student progress, and communicate with the Special Education Teacher about any concerns or developments
- Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in special education
- Adhere to all school policies and procedures related to special education services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field
- Previous experience working with students with disabilities or special needs (at least 2-4 years)
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with students with special needs
