We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sports Coach Assistant in our retail sports department in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and coaching, as well as a desire to work with customers of all ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the head sports coach in planning and executing sports programs and training sessions
- Provide individualized instruction and support to customers looking to improve their skills
- Assist in organizing and supervising sports events, tournaments, and competitions
- Maintain a safe and clean sports environment for all customers
- Assist in managing inventory and equipment related to the sports department
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers to promote repeat business

Requirements:
- Previous experience in coaching or playing sports at a competitive level (2-8 years)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of sports equipment and safety protocols
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
