Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sports Coach Assistant to join our dynamic team based in Sharjah. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sports and coaching, looking to develop their skills while contributing to the growth of our sports programs within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will support the head coach in various training sessions, assist in organizing events, and foster a positive sporting environment for participants of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in Coaching: Support the head coach in planning and executing training sessions, ensuring that all participants are engaged and receiving proper instruction.

2. Participant Development: Work closely with athletes to provide guidance, motivation, and constructive feedback to enhance their performance and skills.

3. Event Coordination: Help organize and execute sports events, tournaments, and competitions, including logistics, scheduling, and communication with participants and parents.

4. Monitoring Progress: Keep track of athletes' progress, maintaining records of performance, attendance, and development goals.

5. Safety and Welfare: Ensure a safe training environment by implementing safety protocols and addressing any concerns related to participant well-being.

6. Communication: Act as a liaison between participants, parents, and the head coach, providing updates and information about training schedules, events, and any changes.

7. Promotion of Sports Programs: Assist in marketing and promoting the sports programs within the real estate community to increase participation and engagement.

8. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including managing schedules, maintaining inventory of sports equipment, and preparing reports as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in coaching or assisting in sports programs.
- Knowledge of various sports and coaching techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and foster a positive environment.
- Experience in organizing events and managing logistics is a plus.
- First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.

Skills:

- Leadership and motivational skills to inspire athletes.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Bilingual (Arabic and English) is an advantage.
