Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring employees for various positions within the agricultural sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the agriculture industry and experience in human resources or recruiting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Create job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms
- Source and screen potential candidates through online job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct interviews and make recommendations to hiring managers
- Coordinate background checks and reference checks for potential employees
- Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all staffing activities
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and staffing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
