We are seeking a dedicated Sterile Processing Supervisor to join our team in Al Ain. As a Sterile Processing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sterilization and cleaning processes for our consumer goods production facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff in the sterile processing department
- Ensure all sterilization processes are carried out according to industry standards and regulations
- Monitor inventory levels of sterile supplies and equipment and order as needed
- Train and mentor staff on proper sterilization techniques and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely production schedules
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sterile processing or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of sterilization techniques and equipment
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
