We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sterile Processing Supervisor to join our team in Al Ain, Energy. The Sterile Processing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the sterilization and processing of medical equipment and supplies in accordance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of sterile processing technicians to ensure proper sterilization techniques are followed
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the sterilization and processing of medical equipment and supplies
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Train new staff members on proper sterilization procedures and techniques
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the sterilization and processing of equipment for surgeries and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of sterilization processes
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sterile processing

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Certification in sterile processing required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sterile processing, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of sterilization techniques and equipment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
