We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Sterile Processing Supervisor to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sterile processing and logistics, with a minimum of [random number] years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the sterile processing department, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines
- Manage a team of sterile processing technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to streamline the sterilization and distribution of medical supplies and equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to ensure uninterrupted service
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality control and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the timely delivery of sterile supplies and equipment
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all sterilization activities

Requirements:

- Certification in sterile processing and distribution (CBSPD or equivalent) is highly preferred
