We are currently seeking a Sterile Processing Technician to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The Sterile Processing Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and instruments used in property maintenance and management are properly sterilized and maintained. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sterilize and maintain all equipment and instruments used in property maintenance and management
- Follow proper sterilization procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Keep accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed
- Work closely with property maintenance and management teams to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to sterilization and equipment maintenance
- Participate in training and development programs as required

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sterile Processing Technician certification preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in sterile processing or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed
