We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and experience in inventory management and customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store
- Ensure efficient and accurate inventory management
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Assist in the training and development of store staff
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Assist in managing store budgets and financial performance
- Assist in implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets

Requirements:
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of inventory management practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
