We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the telecommunications industry and a strong background in retail management.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in managing inventory and stock levels
- Train and supervise store staff
- Monitor sales performance and set sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization
- Assist in preparing sales reports and maintaining financial records
- Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
