We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our pharmaceutical store operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceuticals and proven experience in managing store operations efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement store operating policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulatory standards
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation and storage practices
- Supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely and accurate ordering of pharmaceutical products
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotions and marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the store
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical store operations
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
