We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Strategic Assistant to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to support strategic planning and decision-making processes within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials to communicate strategic priorities and progress to key stakeholders.
- Coordinate and facilitate strategic meetings and workshops, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions.
- Support the development of business cases and financial models to evaluate new opportunities and investments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of strategic initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic planning, consulting, or project management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not required.
