We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Strategic Assistant in the manufacturing industry in Al Ain. The successful candidate will provide crucial support to our strategic management team in planning and executing key initiatives to drive the company's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to achieve company goals
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and other strategic planning sessions
- Monitor and track progress on strategic initiatives, and provide regular updates to management
- Assist in project management and coordination of cross-functional teams
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the strategic management team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in a strategic planning or business development role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of manufacturing industry trends and best practices is a plus
