We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Communications Specialist to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Strategic Communications Specialist in the Consumer Goods industry, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that align with our overall business objectives and enhance our brand presence in the market.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to support our product launches, marketing campaigns, and overall brand positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for various communication channels, including social media, press releases, website, and internal communications.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for strategic communication initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders to ensure positive media coverage and brand visibility.
- Coordinate and manage all communication activities, including events, conferences, and media engagements.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in strategic communications, preferably in the Consumer Goods industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various audiences.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and communication tools.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
