We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Student Advisor Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Student Advisor Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Student Advisor in the Energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Student Advisor in providing guidance and support to students in regards to their academic and career goals.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings with students.
- Provide information about academic programs, courses, and resources available to students.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating student events and workshops.
- Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient student advising process.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field.
- [Random number] years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the Energy industry is a plus.
