We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Operations Program Manager to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the supply chain operations within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage and coordinate supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall supply chain effectiveness
- Lead cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in the Real Estate industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex supply chain projects
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
