Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with our strategic objectives. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, project management, and leadership capabilities to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the overall business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.

- Program Management: Lead and manage supply chain projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and report on outcomes.

- Process Optimization: Analyze existing supply chain processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance operational performance.

- Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure favorable conditions and quality standards are met.

- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained to meet production demands while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs.

- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to monitor supply chain metrics and performance indicators. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to support decision-making.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the supply chain.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain operations team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma) is a plus.

- 5 to 8 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, or program management, preferably within the manufacturing sector.

- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful program delivery.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge of supply chain software and technologies (e.g., ERP systems) is advantageous.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
