We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Survey Methodologist Assistant to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah within the Aerospace and Defense industry. In this role, you will work closely with our survey methodologists to design, implement, and analyze surveys to gather data on various projects within our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing survey methodologies to collect data on a wide range of topics related to aerospace and defense projects
- Collaborate with survey methodologists to develop survey instruments, including questionnaires and interview guides
- Coordinate the distribution and collection of survey data from participants
- Assist in analyzing survey data using statistical software and techniques
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing survey findings for internal stakeholders
- Monitor and ensure the quality and accuracy of survey data collected
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in survey methodology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as SPSS or R
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Previous experience in survey methodology is preferred but not required (up to 8 years of experience)
