We are seeking a skilled Survey Methodologist to join our team in Dubai. As a Survey Methodologist in the construction industry, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and analyzing surveys to gather data related to construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing survey methodologies to collect data on construction projects, including sampling methods, survey instruments, and data collection procedures
- Implementing surveys in the field, including training surveyors, monitoring data collection, and ensuring data quality
- Analyzing survey data using statistical software and interpreting results to provide insights for decision-making
- Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure surveys meet project objectives and deadlines
- Staying current on survey research methods and best practices in the construction industry

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in survey research, statistics, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in survey research, with experience in the construction industry preferred
- Proficiency in survey design and implementation, including knowledge of sampling methods and survey software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret survey data and communicate findings effectively
- Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and project management skills
