We are seeking a talented and experienced Sustainability Manager to join our telecommunications company based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainability initiatives and strategies to drive environmental and social responsibility within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sustainability policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
- Identify key sustainability issues and risks within the organization and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Monitor and track environmental performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into business operations and decision-making processes
- Lead sustainability initiatives, including energy efficiency programs, waste reduction efforts, and community engagement projects
- Conduct research on emerging sustainability trends and best practices to inform company strategy
- Engage with external stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and industry partners, to promote sustainability initiatives and build partnerships

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in sustainability management or related field
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability best practices
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change within an organization
- Experience working in the telecommunications industry is a plus
