We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sustainability Specialist Assistant in the field of education. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sustainability Specialist to develop and implement sustainability initiatives and programs within our educational institution.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability policies and procedures
- Conduct research on best practices in sustainability within the education sector
- Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of sustainability initiatives
- Collaborate with various departments to promote sustainability practices across the institution
- Assist in organizing and facilitating sustainability workshops and events
- Collect and analyze data on sustainability metrics and prepare reports for management
- Stay updated on sustainability trends and developments in the education sector

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- Previous experience in sustainability or related field (minimum 2 years)
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of sustainability principles and practices in the education sector
