We are seeking a passionate and experienced Swim Coach to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. As a Swim Coach, you will be responsible for designing and implementing swim programs for our residents and employees, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the swimming facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement swim programs for individuals of all ages and skill levels
- Provide personalized coaching and feedback to swimmers to help them improve their technique and reach their goals
- Conduct group swim lessons, private lessons, and swim clinics
- Organize and oversee swim meets and competitions
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all swimmers by enforcing pool rules and regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the swimming facilities
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate schedules and resources
- Stay current on trends and best practices in swim coaching and incorporate new techniques into programs

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Swim Coach
- Certified swim coach with a recognized governing body
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of swim training techniques and program development
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
