Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Swim Coach to join our innovative team in Dubai, specializing in integrating technology with athletic training. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in competitive swimming, coaching experience, and a keen interest in leveraging technology to enhance training methods and athlete performance. Key Responsibilities:

- Coaching and Training:
- Develop and implement comprehensive swim training programs for athletes of various skill levels, focusing on technique, endurance, and competitive strategies.
- Conduct regular swim practices, providing instruction and feedback to enhance swimmer performance.
- Monitor and assess athlete progress, offering personalized coaching to help each swimmer achieve their individual goals.

- Integration of Technology:
- Utilize technology tools and platforms, such as video analysis software and performance tracking applications, to analyze swimmer techniques and progress.
- Collaborate with the IT team to develop and maintain digital resources, including training manuals and performance dashboards.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in sports technology and incorporate relevant tools into training sessions.

- Team Management:
- Foster a positive and motivating team environment that encourages growth, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Organize and oversee swim meets, competitions, and team-building events.
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff to keep all stakeholders informed about training schedules, team policies, and athlete performance.

- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of each athlete's training progress and performance metrics.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection of new swimmers, conducting tryouts and evaluations as needed.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance coaching skills and knowledge of sports technology.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in competitive swimming coaching, with a proven track record of developing successful athletes.
- Strong understanding of swimming techniques, training methodologies, and competitive strategies.
- Experience with technology applications related to sports coaching and performance analysis is highly desirable.
- Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and swim coaching are preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple training schedules and administrative tasks.
- A proactive attitude towards incorporating technology into coaching practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage positively with athletes and their families.
